Dear builder !!! 🇿🇲🇿🇲Simple Advice🚨💯

Avoid changing bricklayers/contractors on your project due to funds or misunderstanding. Each one of them will come up with different thories of how it was suppose to be done,in the end you will have a structure which will be a nightmare,regrets and very cost on your part.remember every bricklayers/contractor will come with their own cost of pricing by doing so you pay extra cost on labour,this money could have gone to your materials.remember correcting an error or mistake they will charge you.dont say their expensive.
The best way is by having a consultant who will be answerable to mistake made by previous contractor by doing this your project will be eye attractive and good budgeting. Don't be scared to use qualified professionals it pays in the end. You should get value for your labour cost. Let's do the right things with your hard earned money. Even when we have capacity to build let's not follow people who don't understand civil works. Our building should attract others to have good finished products,perfection should be our desire.money is not easy to come by???????????? That's why Government when they have a project they employee consultants who do checks and balances,if contractor tries to be f***y or fails to do the works properly consultants will be blamed.these consultants make sure work is done according to the wish's of government.........
