THE VOICE OF A LEADER.

How should leaders respond during a crisis?

Leadership mostly represents itself with various challenges more especially during a crisis and the followers expect solutions that will resolve the crisis.

The Lord Jesus Christ presents a picture that we must follow of giving encouragement and assurance to His followers then which we must as well emulate today whenever we're in crisis.

Leaders must be able to give encouragement and assurance to provide needed solutions out of crisis.

Matt.8.25 - And they went and awakened Him, saying, Lord, rescue and preserve us! We are perishing!
Matt.8.26 - And He said to them, Why are you timid and afraid, O you of little faith? Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great and wonderful calm (a perfect peaceableness).
Matt.8.27 - And the men were stunned with bewildered wonder and marveled, saying, What kind of Man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him!

Are you frustrated, abandoned, lost, without peace, scared and feel like you have no meaning? Listen, the LORD JESUS CHRIST is calling you and yes you'll find peace and fulfilment.

Eph.2.13 - But now in Christ Jesus, you who once were [so] far away, through (by, in) the blood of Christ have been brought near.

With thanksgiving the LORD shall and will increase our little resources.

By giving our little resources to the LORD JESUS CHRIST He increases them so we may feed from them.

Matt.15.32 - Then Jesus called His disciples to Him and said, I have pity and sympathy and am deeply moved for the crowd, because they have been with Me now three days and they have nothing [at all left] to eat; and I am not willing to send them away hungry, lest they faint or become exhausted on the way.
Matt.15.33 - And the disciples said to Him, Where are we to get bread sufficient to feed so great a crowd in this isolated and desert place?
Matt.15.34 - And Jesus asked them, How many loaves of bread do you have? They replied, Seven, and a few small fish.
Matt.15.36 - He took the seven loaves and the fish, and when He had given thanks, He broke them and gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people.
Matt.15.37 - And they all ate and were satisfied. And they gathered up seven [large provision] baskets full of the broken pieces that were left over.
Matt.15.38 - Those who ate were 4,000 men, not including the women and the children.

Be blessed.

Paul journeyed with Barnabas to do the work that the Lord had called him to.

If you're to go far walk with someone who will be encouraging you.

I celebrate a friend, brother and partner in the call I'm charged.

One important aspect to everyone who wishes to lead is their willingness to to be led.

If you're finding it hard to be led then you're not yet ready to lead others.

Did you know?

Whenever you choose to serve in any particular way you again something.

Instead of just being idle anywhere you are, please do something or participate in an activity and you will be able to gain something.

Remember, it will not always be money instead it can be experience, knowledge, skill and networks.

Matthew 25:14 explain that those who did something with what they had gained more.

Therefore, the coming year of 2025 refuse to be idle engage yourself into something.

Developing a positive Perspective.

Perspective is having an outlook and viewpoint concerning a given situation.

Now in these times we're living in we're to strive and succeed then there is a need to develop a positive perspective that is devoid of any negativity.

Speak to yourself positive things even when you're under pain and pressure it is of great value to your soul.

Social Media has become one of the tools for stress reliever and most of the people who are online are somehow managing some form of stress.

It's either they're watching reels or reading comments so that they are kind of distracted from any disturbance from within. But my prayer for this morning is that you will be able to find comfort in arms of our creator and father of all creation.

Evening Thoughts.

So, tonight I've been thinking about the sermons that lately we're preaching and started checking if they border on Jesus Christ or us getting our needs met.

I believe that if Jesus is truely preached all our desires will fall in place.

We can get back to preaching the cross and him crucified so that humanity would be saved.

Otherwise, marrying is not a crime.

I'll make a good husband.

THE LITTLE YEAST.

Did you know that anything big starts small? Just like a Chinese proverb that says a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.

So this morning I've been thinking about the little things that we've tolerated and has grown big and grounded roots. Small laziness,small gossip, small lust and many other little behaviors that have now entangled us.

Gal.5.9 - A little leaven (a slight inclination to error, or a few false teachers) leavens the whole lump [it perverts the whole conception of faith or misleads the whole church].

The little leaven or yeast makes the whole dough expand, now what are some of the little things troubling you? Ask for grace from God in Jesus name and through the power of the Holy Spirit for freedom and we'll celebrate together.
