Krystech Investments Limited is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Officer / External Sales Representative to join our Kitwe team. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and client relationship management, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and revenue within the Copperbelt region.

Key Responsibilities:
✅Conducting field visits and outdoor sales activities to acquire new corporate and individual clients.
✅Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
✅Preparing sales reports and monitoring market trends.
✅Representing the company at trade shows and promotional events.
✅Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

👨‍🎓Qualifications & Requirements:
✅Education: Diploma in Marketing.
✅Certifications: Full Grade 12 Certificate and a Certificate in Communications.
✅Skills: High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
✅Documentation: Must possess a Valid Driver’s License (Class B or better).
✅Location: Must be a resident of Kitwe (added advantage).

Experience:
✅Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Marketing or Sales department.
✅Proven track record in Customer Communication and Customer Service.

👩‍💼Key Competencies:
🧲Strong negotiation and closing skills.
✅Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
✅Professional grooming and presentation.
