SLIPPERY!

Proverbs 21:18 (KJV)
The wicked shall be a ransom for the righteous, and the transgressor for the upright.

The devil puts God’s children in a corner, trying to convince them they’ve reached their demise. God in His infinite wisdom always makes a way of escape. Jesus was taken to the edge of the mountain cliff to be thrown to his doom, but walked right through the crowd and gave them the slip (Luke 4:29-30).

It doesn't matter who is planning your downfall; what matters most is who is on your side. Haman sought to destroy the Jews,yet he was hanged upon his very own gallows. The wicked shall be a ransom for the righteous! Whether it's an accident, demotion, death, divorce, misfortune or prison targeting any area of your life in this season, God is turning it around for your good. This is the Year of Strange Oil; you will go your way without the enemy noticing.

PRAYER FOR TODAY�

Father, thank You for divine escape and protection. Turn every plan of the enemy against itself, and cause me to walk through every trap untouched, preserved by the Greater One in me.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I am as slippery as Jesus was when He walked the Earth. No evil can prevail over my life because the Greater One lives in me. Amen.

COLONISED BY HEAVEN

Colossians 1:13 (KJV)
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son.

The first thing the white settlers did when they colonised Africa was to change the language and culture of the colonised people to that of the dominating power. God functions in the same manner. When the Holy Ghost came, Jesus’ followers were all filled with the Spirit and began to speak in other tongues. The desire of both God and the devil is to establish and exert control over a person.

The day one receives salvation is the day they are removed from the kingdom of darkness and brought out of sin, sickness, depression, and poverty into God’s kingdom of light.
We are empowered to function like God on Earth; as He is, so are we in this World. We reign and rule together with Christ.

PRAYER FOR TODAY�Lord, thank You that I have been delivered from darkness and translated into Your Kingdom. Let Heaven’s culture and power govern my life, and cause me to reign with Christ in every area.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
The devil and his cohorts have no authority over my life. I am anchored by the systems of God; therefore, I cannot be sick or fail in this life.

FRIEND OR ENEMY

Genesis 18:17 (KJV)
And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do.

Intimacy with God makes you a friend of God. You intertwine with God the more you commune with Him. Friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God, whilst believing in God makes you His friend.

James 2:23 says, "...Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the friend of God." God found it hard to hide anything from Abraham because he was His friend. Righteousness—right standing with God—was imputed such that Abraham could stand in God’spresence and instruct Him.

It is the glory of God to conceal things, but to Abraham He revealed deep and hidden things. The information no longer belonged to God alone but to Abraham also. Friendship with God gives you an advantage over the enemy, because God reveals in order to redeem.

PRAYER FOR TODAY�

Father, draw me into deeper intimacy with You. Make me Your friend, and unveil Your counsel and hidden wisdom concerning my life, my family, and the nations.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

As I fellowship with God in this Year of Strange Oil, His perfect will is unveiled to me; His counsel and guidance for my family and nations is made clear to me. Amen.
