Why can’t we get these apples all year round? 🍎

We had Dr Candis Ann van Druten in store to explain why her Bingo apples are only available for a certain time, and why that’s a good thing.

Unlike conventional apples that often spend months in the cold chain, these apples follow their natural season. They’re picked, enjoyed, and then we wait for nature to do what nature does best.

It’s a reminder that truly seasonal produce isn’t always available on demand, but when it is, it’s worth appreciating.
