With winter well under way, our gardens are all very dry and trees are dropping all their dry leaves all over our gardens. This can often be very difficult to maintain and the clean-up can be daunting at times.
This week we attended one such garden where the pile of leaves was a fire hazard and caught alight turning into a real emergency situation.
If your garden is overrun with dead leaves and debris, please be sure to remove your debris from a clean-up so as to avoid any fire hazards. Make sure to use a professional for larger scale clean-ups who will take care and remove all debris from your home.

You know what time it is! It is time for your weekly Thursday gardening tip.
Tip 4: Perennials care!
Perennials should not be divided or split when they are actively growing in the summer; instead, do this in the fall or in the early spring and summer.
After they have completed blooming, prune perennials like Shasta daisies, lavender, and daisy bushes to encourage a second round of blooms before winter. Pinch out the developing tips of potted chrysanthemums before planting them in the garden to promote bushy growth
Let us take that stress of keeping your garden in tip-top shape off your hands! πΏπ³π
