Serve or Service

People do business with people. People return and repeat experiences with people.

While many of us have heard this message often - there are still many of us who do not “get it”.

If we all “got it”- then we would all encounter many more pleasant experiences when our needs must be met.

Whether we work at a Retail Store, a Call Centre, a Support Office, wherever … or whether we are at home, at school or participating in a sports team or a book club, anywhere …

The choices we make of how we act or react is what holds our own personal unique brand upright and stable or weak and dysfunctional.

Our actions and reactions determine whether people want to return and repeat experiences with us.

People serve people – individuals serve individuals – whether at work, at home or at play.

Let’s raise awareness for youngsters, adults and elders to consciously choose to open or shut their serving hinge – to serve themselves and those who share their space.
