As we prepare for the IAC results release, I spent time listening to our IAC January candidates and our reflect on their journey.
Not on what they studied – but on what changed for them.
💡 What stayed with me most was how often they spoke about confidence.
Not confidence they were born with – but confidence they built.

🗣️ I heard candidates say things like:
• ✨ “I now know I have something to offer on that paper.”
• 🧠 “I finally understand how to apply what I know – not just repeat it.”
• 🧘🏽 “The panic reduced. I became calmer. More present.”

Many of them had passed CTA but still doubted themselves. Some were repeating.
Some were balancing work, family, exhaustion – and fear.
🔑 What made the difference wasn’t more content. It was:
• 📖 learning how to read the scenario properly, line by line
• ✍️ writing assessments before class and receiving honest, detailed feedback
• ✅ being reminded – repeatedly – that passing CTA is already evidence of capability
• 💬 being supported in a space where questions were welcomed and mistakes were part of learning

By the end, what I saw wasn’t just better exam technique.
🌱 I saw candidates who believed – truly believed – that they belong at this level. That is what our programmes are all about.
