I absolutely love chicken wings...they're spicy, flavoursome, and hot!
🙅♂️ So I was a bit disappointed when I had to wait for almost 10min on the side to get them, all without an apology or explanation...mind you I ordered them from the drive-through.
🧐Then I had this crazy thought. If a fast food chain is committed to getting food to you within a certain amount of time (I'm not sure what duration BK sticks to) why don't they give you more food as a means of apologizing for having broken their promise? I'm sure they would lose quite a bit in the beginning but I believe that this practice would actually encourage more loyalty to their brand.
🤷♂️Like maybe we commit to getting food to you within 5min but should we take 7min then we can give you one extra wing or we can give R2 to our CSI projects...I don't know...something like that.
👀 Similarly...what about your brand? How can you encourage brand loyalty after not being able to keep your promise to your customers?
