Human Resources Business Partner
• EE Preferred
• Degree in Human Resources Management
• 6 Years operational Human Resources experience
• Manage the onboarding process and establish and drive a performance culture.
• Analyse and keep abreast of applicable legislation and update policies accordingly
• Provide guidance on and interpretation of HR policies.
• Work with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Determine project scope and manage various projects.
• Draft and submit HR and other ad hoc HR related reports when required.
• Coach others to strengthen specific knowledge or skills needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem
• Comply with Health and Safety standards; disciplinary and behavioural rules and procedures.
• R35k basic with 50/50 medical aid and 12% pension contribution
Vacancy:Business development Manager
Mainly responsible for working across the group and oversees to research and develop new products and to do sourcing of various products from suppliers and manufacturers in China for sale and distribution within South Africa and the rest of Africa on behalf of companies within the group.
Matric
B Degree (BA/BCom
Preference to MBA candidates
Degree ideally in engineering or technical.
Travel domestic and international 6 times a year.
Communicate in Mandarin or Chinese
Financial Manager position available.
