A covered Patio Games Room includes a Braai, Pool Table, Darts and Ping Pong Table provided for tenant use. All apartments are serviced once a week and washing and ironing of linen is included in apartment pricing. No smoking allowed within apartments but the games patio is available for smokers. All linen and towels are provided. Electricity and water is included. Two washing machines and many washing lines are available for guest use as is a maid service for personal laundry at an extra charge. We require one month’s deposit and a minimum of 3 months rental as well as a calendar months notice. All rooms are non smoking and pets are not allowed.
