Loggerhead Turtle Artwork: Pencil & Graphite

This is the Loggerhead turtle artwork created for .ke2009 on her surfboard. The artwork was done on the foam blank & the process; from drawing the turtle; carefully cutting the basic shapes from the masking tape; to creating the texture of the shell & skin & shadows took 6 hours to complete.
