20 Sept 2023 - the cause of high moisture readings in external wall was established. Shoddy top slab waterproofing cracked and delaminated beyond repair - solution? - remove, replace and re-waterproof

6 Sept 2023 - And after several samples we found the right match on roof liquid rubber application. The nice warm look complimented the newly painted walls. Looking forward to the final product!!
