You should NEVER put anything in your butt before a run.
But(t) seriously — your run will probably improve if you eat something before it 😅
Too many runners still underfuel before sessions and then wonder why training feels awful halfway through.
Try this 30–60 min before training:
🍌 Banana + honey
🥯 Toast + jam
🥤 Carb drink
🍬 Chews or a gel before harder sessions
Your body needs fuel to perform, so fuel smarter so you can run stronger!
