Set in Cape Town and with the fantastic and beloved backdrop of Table Mountain, Riverlands is emerging as a new mixed-use destination that reconnects living, working, and public spaces within a rapidly evolving district.

Thitaka Lodge was envisioned as an experience suspended between wilderness and refinement where canvas, timber, firelight, and open air dissolve the boundary between architecture and nature. A place where mornings begin slowly, filtered through soft fabric and golden light, and evenings settle into stillness beneath expansive African skies. Every space was designed to feel intentional yet effortless. Private, without isolation. Luxurious, without excess. Rooted in the landscape rather than imposed of it. Our visuals were crafted to capture more than a destination. They were created to evoke atmosphere, memory, and the emotions of arriving somewhere that immediately changes your pace.
