The reality is, that you have no clue. And that’s okay. The answer often isn’t in one sentence, but in gentle motion. Keep going, there will be small spirals, ups and downs, but tap your heart/ your centre to check your steps on the path. It’s not what you do as much as how you do it. It will feel right when it’s right. Begin with gratitude before ignighting action. Keep your centre strong. If you dont ground, if you dont have a form, how will you be able to hold and direct your energy?.
