The speakers have been sharing selfie videos for National Selfie Day, talking about why they’re excited for MILE HIGH FOURTEEN.
As I thought about that question, the answer was easy.
It’s you.
The people.
The conversations that continue long after the weekend ends.
The friendships that begin in a hallway, over coffee, or sitting next to someone you’ve never met before.
The moments that remind us we’re part of something bigger than ourselves.
For nearly 15 years, I’ve watched chiropractors, students, teams, and families come together in Colorado and leave changed.
New vision.
New certainty.
New relationships.
New possibilities.
Serving this community is never taken lightly.
I can’t wait to see old friends, meet new ones, and spend another incredible weekend together.
What excites YOU most about being in the room at MILE HIGH FOURTEEN?

The longer I'm in practice, the more convinced I become that most Chiropractors are chasing the wrong thing.
Many are chasing momentum. More visits. More new people. More activity. More growth. There is nothing wrong with any of those things, yet I've found that momentum is often the result of something deeper.
What most people are really looking for is clarity.
Clarity about why they do what they do. Clarity about the experience they want people to have. Clarity about the mission they're committed to serving. When that becomes clear, decisions become easier. Conversations become more meaningful. Teams become more coherent. The practice develops a sense of direction that people can feel.
The same is true with growth. Many doctors spend tremendous energy focusing on who is not yet in the office, while some of the greatest opportunities are sitting right in front of them. The families who already trust you. The people who continue to show up. The relationships that have been built over years.
Stewardship is more than a practice strategy. It's a way of honoring that trust.
When people feel seen, valued, and cared for consistently, loyalty grows naturally. Not because it was engineered. Not because of a script. Because people recognize when someone genuinely cares.
Over the years, I've watched practices rise and fall. I've watched trends come and go. What seems to endure are the offices that remain clear in their purpose and committed to serving the people entrusted to them.
Stewardship creates loyalty.
Clarity creates momentum.
When those two are present, much of what people spend years chasing has a way of finding them.
