Boom Bip

Last night was a special one. We celebrated my long time friend latest book Steak House, which is an incredible document of American steak house culture with accompanying recipes. We celebrated at his gallery/nursery which was nothing short of breathtaking (photos do not do it justice) Us guests were swept away in a surprise party bus to the legendary where we wined and dined on steak and sipped beautiful made to pair with the book. What a great night curated by the man who does it best. We love you Eric!
