RI Irish step dancer Kevin Doyle named to National Heritage Fellowship by NEA BARRINGTON, R.I. — The National Endowment for the Arts announced Wednesday morning that Kevin Doyle, an Irish step dancer from Barrington, will receive a National Heritage Fellowship, the nation’s highest honor in the folk and traditional arts.
