Research actually shows us that biological ageing and chronological ageing are two different things. The number of years you’ve been alive doesn’t determine how your body functions. How you move, sleep, eat and manage stress has a measurable effect on how your cells age.
And muscle? MUSCLE is one of the most powerful longevity tools we have. A major study published in The Lancet found that muscle strength in midlife was one of the strongest independent predictors of long-term health outcomes, more predictive than BMI or even cholesterol. Strength and Functionality = the ability to carry, climb, lift, play. The beautiful thing is: muscle responds to training at any age.
