Did you know that we offer Silks classes for children between 6 - 12 years old? 😍
Our course is designed to boost their body confidence, build strength and flexibility, whilst giving each child the chance to express themselves through dance and movement.
Each week they will learn a series of conditioning, tricks and combos on and off the Silks, integrating elements of gymnastics and acrobatics.
