Black Jesus (Death Metal) is an old school death metal band, a rusted on amalgam of hardcore, thrash and death metal, inspired by pioners including Morbid Angel, Carcass, Venom, Autopsy, Repulsion, Na**lm Death, Slayer, Entombed and Nunslaughter amongst other luminaries.

Black Jesus was unborn in 2008 and has since pummelled punters with pure degenerative grinding riffage and a raw sonic intensity that is as spicy as it shredding. Lyrical torment contains themes concerning death, war, human stupidity, the truth of our nation's history, and the irrelevance of religion.
