Observ is not really a restaurant but a company that does concessions at sporting complexes. Other highlights include sno-cones, cotton candy and squishy (frozen lemonade). Observ is also famous for its fried Oreos (National Western Stock Show), Tornadoughs (Coors Field) and Orange Thunder (Broncos)
