Warm room, warm oil filled with flowers and herbs, loads of Aloha and some good massage. Therapeutic, hearty, release from tension into joy 💚 And maybe even transform in the process.

It has been a beautiful process making up another bottle of Massage Oil. My hand made herbal extracts are poured in with essential oils and flower essences. Tweaking my past recipe has been such a joy. A few more of the Living Essences have entered the mix this time. I must say, this is one of the greatest gifts Naturopathy gave me - the ability to work with plants in this way 🌿 I'm excited to us this Release/Letting go mix for my kahuna massages. I have a couple of spots left for this Thursday 15th. Come and hang out with me and some amazing plant allies : ) They can enter our being in subtle and powerful ways.

Our Yatra community are heading out to the desert this July. My dear friend Will is organising the Finke Yatra, whilst I'm organising the Heartwood Nature Retreat. It's always INCREDIBLE spending time in Central Australia. Come and join us! A few places remaining on both journeys.
