Hello Perth pilates fam 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻

It’s been a while in between our last chat with all this craziness going on. My heart hurts for our beautiful community with our studios closing their doors for now and the many owners and staff that have a little while to wait before teaching their usual schedules and connecting with their clients again 💛

In saying this I am also really really PROUD of how our community has responded in being very quick to jump right back in to an online format and supporting clients, instructors and owners alike. I’ll be jumping on board to film classes for my studios in the near future too I’m a big believer in moving your body daily and I personally have dealt wholeheartedly supported by the flood of online videos that have been posted to keep the endorphins flowing in this strange time!!🤗

So on that note, how can I support you? Is it posting short snippets of workout ideas for programming for my instructor pals? How about posting the details of online classes going on about the place so that we can support our studios? I want to help in this small way, so PLEASE reach out.
