The Auckland Rugby Referees Association is an independent body that provides rugby officials at rugby matches in Auckland and, through the representative system, throughout New Zealand and internationally. Each year, the ARRA provides officials to over 3,100 rugby matches at Senior, Junior and Secondary School level from our 220+ membership. Stay in touch whether you are an ARRA member, rugby supporter or prospective referee.

⭐ Referee Spotlight – David Jordan ⭐
Meet David Jordan. New to the association in 2025, David has come back for his second season and is already making huge strides. He’s stepped up into some of our top school games and continues to show real growth every time he’s out in the middle.
You’ll see David at just about every meeting, asking great questions and always putting his hand up for extra games. His attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are great signs for the future!
We’re really looking forward to seeing David continue to develop and grow within the association 👏
