TODAY’S THE DAY!! 🎭
I’m absolutely ecstatic with the announcement of the 2026 season!! It’s full of wit, fantasy, romance, and so much more. There’s literally something for everyone.
💀 ROSENCRANTZ AND GILDENSTERN ARE DEAD — Tom Stoppard’s a genius and what better way to remember such an incredible playwright and call back to the amazing production of HAMLET from last summer.
🌊 THE TEMPEST — MAGIC! ROMANCE! AN ISLAND! A STORM! What more could you want? It’s the perfect summer escape and I don’t even have to book a flight to see it.
💕 TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA — I love antics and high melodrama. And with how well we’re being fed with Heated Rivalry and People We Meet on Vacation, this is really all a romance girly like myself could ask for.
🐯 ROMEO AND ZOOLIET— fun for people of all ages! Plus there’s puppets and everybody loves puppets.
So if you need me between now and the end of the year, I’ll be in the Glen (and also literally everywhere else STLShakes will be).

Nobody need me for the foreseeable future because I’ll only be thinking about or visiting Anselm Kiefer: Becoming the Sea at . 🌊⚱️📚

On a recent visit to on a rainy day, I couldn’t help daydreaming about ’s Romeo and Zooliet.
It’s such an exceptional talent to be able to create other worlds and yet connect us through narrative and language. All while still giving us the heartfelt human experience filled with laughter and tears.
I eagerly wait to see where the Shakespeare Festival will transport me next and what they’ll make me feel.
