Big news at Cline: Dan Rider, AIA, LEED AP, GGP, has been named our new Design Director.

Dan has been part of Cline’s story for many years, helping shape projects that have made a lasting impact across our communities. His work includes some of the firm’s most transformative projects, from Peace Raleigh Apartments + Publix to The Salvation Army of Wake County’s Judy D. Zelnak Center of Hope and beyond.

Inside the firm, Dan is known as a thoughtful mentor, steady collaborator, and passionate design leader. His approach to design is logical, humanistic, and beautiful, always focused on creating places that serve people well.

JetZero - The Hub - Greensboro, North Carolina

Collaborating with JetZero’s leadership and design team has been an incredible opportunity,” said Mark Odom, Partner at Cline. “JetZero has established a clear vision for how its environments can support innovation, growth, and collaboration, and we’re honored to help bring that vision to life.”

The Hub is part of JetZero’s first production and final assembly campus, an 8-million-square-foot facility spanning more than 600 acres that will support development and manufacturing of the company’s revolutionary Z4 aircraft.
