The objectives of The Goan Charitable Organization are to
1) Help the poor in the community financially, materially and by means of counselling
2) Teach & help Goans, both residents and new immigrants from other parts of the world , about Canadian laws and about living in Canada
3) Promote the advancement of Education
4) Help the poor in any overseas country financially or materially , including in case of medical treatment or disasters
