Find your Inner Light

We are all one. And when we open our hearts we become more sensitive and can feel that oneness. Your pain is my pain, your fear is my fear, your judgment is my judgment. And when the worlds fear and pain grows larger it can feel overwhelming.
But your love is my love.
Your joy is my joy. And the connection between all of us can foster that as well. The joy of being alive and listening to bird song. Life is always full of both. it is through the fear we find strength. It is through the pain we discover the love. 💕
And in our connection we discover the connection between us and the divine source.
I bow to you , for the light in your heart reflects the light in mine.

Let us all stop for a moment during this eclipse- light a candle, say a prayer, stop and breathe.

Let us share in a moment of love, healing and sacred reverence for ourselves and the planet we call home.

It is time for us to let go of the old ways, the patriarchy, the crumbling and broken systems, and reconnect with the Earth, our divine mother. To reconnect with Spirit, Source, and the divine light within us….

Daffodils leaning into the sun….no matter how dark and hard winter may feel sometimes, spring will always return. The daffodils are such a beautiful reminder that joy lives on in the world, we only have to open our eyes to see it.

In times of great change, stories help us find our way in the world - our place in the great tapestry of life. I wrote the ‘The North Passage’ as a message of real hope in a time when the world feels like it is falling apart.

This has been a big year of change on every level, and my business has been changing with it. I moved across the country this fall. I closed 'Blade of Grass Healing Arts' and created a new business, 'Find your Inner Light'. Because that is what I feel we are all being called to do right now. To find our inner wisdom, our heart light, and shine it out to the world.

"I've just finished your book (Quest for the Phoenix) and loved it. The story was very imaginative/descriptive and moved at just the right pace to maintain interest. I can see this story on the silver screen with CGI / AI portraying the shadow fairies, etc. There is good educational content, eg, info about Iceland and Scotland. There is a feel-good factor throughout and an emphasis on 'doing the right thing' and being a decent person/creature.
Don't know if you have sent the book round the publishing houses, you need to because it's excellent and needs to be widely read. My favourite author as a child was Enid Blyton, and her books set me up as a lifelong reader and gave me the background for further education, etc. " -KH
