Expanded the kitchen into the dining room space. Formal living room became the new dining room. The breakfast dinette became a cafe sitting room. Enlarged the laundry room for more storage with a mudroom.

A little farmhouse modern.

Legacy cabinetry allows for custom colors by Sherwin Williams. Uppers and Pantry will be Ivory White. Base Cabinets will be a custom blue gray.
