All right, ladies! Let’s finish this summer out strong. Even though it’s hot outside, some of us are traveling, and our schedules are all off, it’s still important to make time for yourself and prioritize your health and wellness. 💪🏻

I’ve created a completely doable walking challenge to get us through the end of August.👟 It’s 8000 steps a day. Now, you’ve probably heard about the 10,000 steps a day guideline, and there’s nothing wrong with that! If you want to go more than 8000, go for it! But I want this to be doable for everybody. 🥰

This is your baseline. If it seems like too much, my recommendation is to divide this up into 2 to 3 sessions each day. I like to do one session in the morning and one session after work(evening). You’re going to feel better just getting out there and doing it! 🎉 You can walk on the treadmill, walking pad, or outside. Whatever works for you!
