A year ago, I published Bᴜɪʟᴅɪɴɢ ᴛʜᴇ Bʀɪᴅɢᴇ ᴛᴏ Iɴꜱᴘɪʀᴀᴛɪᴏɴᴀʟ Lᴇᴀᴅᴇʀꜱʜɪᴘ.
At the time, I thought I'd captured everything I wanted to say. Then I kept learning.
Since then, I've worked with more organisations, delivered more programmes, stood on more stages, recorded more podcast episodes, and had hundreds of conversations with leaders who care deeply about their people.
Every one of those experiences taught me something.
That's why this isn't just a reprint. The second edition goes much deeper. It includes new tools, more relatable experiences from my own journey, and a stronger focus on applying leadership principles to create genuine high performance. I've also expanded on topics including the Shingo approach, continuous improvement, culture, and what leadership really looks like when people are at the centre of it.
To celebrate the launch, the Kindle edition is completely FREE from today (10th) to 14th July.
Whether you've read the first edition or this will be your introduction, I hope there's something in these pages that challenges your thinking and helps you become the leader your people deserve.
I'd genuinely love to hear what you think.

Your culture is speaking.
And it ripples throughout your organisation.
But what does this look like?
