Do you know when to take a break?

For some people breaks can be looked down on as a weakness or a sign of no commitment but we as humans can only work as hard as our bodies and mind allow us. Going over your limits can sometimes lead to exhaustion, anxiety or burnout.

What to do? Train your body and mind to work to the best of its ability. Set little breaks throughout the day. These don’t have to be big breaks. It could be a 20 minute walk outside, maybe 15 minutes to sit down and watch your favourite podcast or even 15 minutes to sit down and have a coffee with your parent. Little breaks like this allow us to unwind and take away from our stressful daily lives! A little tip from us would be make your breaks relaxing but beneficial. Don’t just sit down scrolling through your phone for your break. Whatever you choose, relax and enjoy 🙌
