Honey Garlic Sausage and Potatoes 🌭🥔🍯
🛒 Ingredients:
1½ lbs (680 g) smoked sausage, sliced
1½ lbs (680 g) baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩🍳 Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Add the sliced sausage to the baking sheet with the potatoes.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the sausage and potatoes, tossing to coat evenly.
Assemble by spreading everything into a single layer.
Bake for another 20–25 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is caramelized.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. 🍯✨

Garlic Butter Chicken and Potatoes 🧄🍗🥔
🛒 Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1½ lbs (680 g) baby potatoes, halved
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩🍳 Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the chicken and potatoes.
Add the olive oil, melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture in a single layer on a greased baking sheet or baking dish.
Assemble by arranging the chicken and potatoes evenly for even roasting.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender and golden.
Spoon the garlic butter from the pan over the chicken and potatoes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. 🧄✨

Crispy Cheesy Garlic Bread 🧄🧀🍞
Ingredients 🛒
1 loaf French bread (sliced in half)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons butter (softened)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions 👩🍳
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, and garlic powder.
Spread the garlic butter evenly over the bread.
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
Add a light sprinkle of parsley.
Place on a baking tray.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until crispy and cheesy.
Slice and serve warm.
