Aloha S***s is not a true 'surf' band in the meaning of the word. Over the years they have combined diverse influences from rockabilly (Cramps), punk (Black Flag), rocknroll (Link Wray), garagepunk (Sonics) and of c
ourse original and modern surf (Dick Dale) to an unique sound. This is the main reason why the band has been one of the most playing surf bands of the Netherlands from 2014 untill now and shared stages and posters with bands as: Phantom Four, Reverend Horton Heat, Descendents, Mummies, Tremolo Beer Gut, Insect Surfers, Terrorsurfs Surfer Joe, Man or Astroman?, Pennywise and of course labelmates as Batmobile and Guanabatz. Just to mention a few ;-)
