Wash and slice peppers open (remove seeds if you want it mild).⁣ 2. Smoke using safe wood for 40-60mins until skin starts to dry.⁣ 3. Sun-dry or oven-dry at low temp until completely crisp.( at 100oC for 40mins)⁣ 4. Blend into a fine powder.⁣ 5.
