This is a 3 bedroom house all on the second floor that can sleep 10.
We will be running our special for 2 more months of SAT$1000 per week only if you book through this page. The pictures will tell you all about it. But I can assure you that the houses are in the best location; 5 minutes to down town Apia, a new gym literally next door, a large supermarket right next to the gym for all your grocery, clothing, Samoan design fabrics etc. 2 taxi stands with 24 hour services directly opposite the gym, takeaways literally a few meters away and much more if you're interested.

To answer some of your questions, the house price is SAT$200 per day excluding electricity. Electricity here is prepayed. SAT$200 bond , fully refundable. The house does not have air condition but all three bedrooms including sitting room and patio have ceiling fans. Sitting area is furnished with 1 single bed, a couch and a 2 seater.
The kitchen is furnished for cooking with a good size fridge.
There is hot water available.

Dad's house up for accommodation. 3 bedrooms, can accommodate 10 people comfortably. PM me to make a booking. April, May, August and September are booked.
