Quick 2 weeks back home to work with the amazing teams at different hotels in preparation for CHOGM.

We focused on different dietary requirements and encouraged the importance and uniqueness of our traditional way of cooking. Food is delicious when cooked in open fire and it truly is a special thing to our people. I enjoyed my time with each of the teams.

Was also great to see and work with my brother Chef John. Malo lava uso.

Faafetai tele lava to the hard working team at Samoa Tourism Authority for organizing these trainings for our people. Thank you for having me.

We wish Samoa the very best for CHOGM.

Another exciting and full week of training for Chef ahead.

He loves getting to know and helping people and businesses upskill and excel in food industry.

Grateful he has opportunities like this to do what he loves to do.

Back in Upolu after another training segment in beautiful Savaii.

Pictured here with the awesome team at talking about the importance of food placement, in a buffet setting.

It's a common saying that people eat with their eyes first. This is true. The placement of food, colors, height, shape, making sure its seen from every angle in it's best form - it all matters.

Thank you for having me again
