[1 WEEK 1 BUILDING]

📌 The Ascent is a modern and small building in the city center of Thao Dien.

✅ What we love is the modernity and small size of the building (2 towers, about 25 floors with 5 or 6 units per floor). Located in the heart of Thao Dien, you will have the opportunity to walk to the supermarket, the corner café, or even the restaurant. The common areas (swimming pool, gym...) are very pleasant.

❎ What we don't like is that it's in the middle of a shopping street where the street market starts early in the morning, so it can be noisy depending on which side you live on. There is no balcony in this building.

In this picture, it is a 2-bedroom-apartment 🛏 located on the 7th floor with a nice view (🏙). The apartment measures 67 sqm and is fully furnished. The rent is 870 USD per month. 🔑

🇻🇳 Relocation Vietnam also invests in the sports life of the city! The Pocari Sweat Run 2020 took place last weekend with 3 possible routes: 5, 10, and 21 kilometers. 🏃

💪 Oceane did 5 kilometers in 34:32 minutes, the 10 will be for the next race!

📌 Tropic Garden is a four-tower-complex in Thao Dien, the expatriates' area.

✅ What we love is the location of this complex, which is really close to the center of the area. The four towers are divided into two buildings, each one separated by the road. The apartments are quite big, so it is a good value. The pools (one in each building) are also agreeable and we like the river view in some apartments.

❎ What we don't like is that there are a lot of units on the same floor and that it is a big complex.
e size of the apartment: between 40 sqm and 260 sqm. The bedrooms are for the most already furnished, and the living room is not big enough when you are used to European style accommodation.

In this picture, it is a 3-bedroom-duplex 🛏 on the last floor (26). The apartment measures 180 sqm and has its own 90 sqm-private-terrasse with its amazing river and Landmark 81 view (❤️). This penthouse is at 3,500 USD a month. 🔑
