Exploring Your Voice - Writing, Singing & Mindfulness:
In this workshop .nguyen nguyen gave our participants the opportunity to explore writing and singing as tools to practice mindfulness. We started with playful exercises like making a „sound machine“ with our voices and continued with intimate writing prompts.
Thank you ANOTHER NGUYEN for creating a space for us to express ourselves and to our participants for sharing your vulnerable texts with the group.

Thank you for your words and knowledge to inspire us to move with honesty and authenticity. It has been a very special workshop which was not mainly about technique but the essence of Toprock, the very beginning, which is a social dance.
Deeply rooted in black culture and black struggle we thank you for your vulnerability to share specifically about your influences from São Paolo.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the workshop, went wild to let go of any expectations and be open to rock, experiement with body and movement, cypher and exchange.
