Scale In Peace
I am putting together a guide sharing 7 mistakes I made before learning to Scale In Peace. Who would like a copy when it’s ready?

🚀 Shoutout to two amazing entrepreneurs, Mai and Benoît, who recently shared their journey using Scale In Peace Clarity Tools.
Mai went from scattered tasks in different apps to everything in one place, saving time and starting her mornings with focus.
Benoît built a visual routine in Notion that helps him know exactly what to do, move tasks with ease, and save hours every week.
What I love most? 👉 They didn’t just test a tool. They invested in their personal growth and chose to become more effective leaders for themselves, their teams, and their clients.
👏 Let’s give them some encouragement in the comments!
Because every step toward clarity is a win worth celebrating.

I’m looking for 5 testers who are entrepreneurs who want to better manage their tasks and calendars — to test a new productivity system.
For example, these 5 profiles usually have a daily life that looks like this:
1. CALENDAR 📆: they juggle 2–3 calendars (or more) — one for themselves, one for the company, one for clients or side projects.
2. TASKS 📋: they write down their tasks in multiple places. Maybe they have a to-do list that looks more like a giant Google Doc that keeps filling up faster than it empties. And every day they feel like they’re forgetting something important.
3. RHYTHM 🥁: they struggle to make time for themselves, working “all the time.” Up until now it felt necessary, but lately they’re starting to burn out.
In short, these 5 people I want to help need to simplify their system.
They know it — BUT they don’t have the time (and the risk feels too high) to test solutions that might only half-work.
And yet, it’s urgent to act. Because even if the business is running for now, if these founders get sick or go on vacation, operations will slow down — or even stop altogether.
So if this sounds like you (or someone you know), I have an offer 😁. I can help set up a productivity system that I personally developed:
🚌 It allowed me to run one of the top hostels in Vietnam almost fully on autopilot.
🐙 It allowed me to operate up to 6 projects at the same time.
🧘🏽♂️ It allows me today to live as both a present parent and a responsible entrepreneur.
🚀 And since this summer, it has helped 5 other entrepreneurs I worked with do the same.
👉 If you know someone who could benefit, share this post with them and tell them to reach out to me.
In the meantime, I’ve published a simplified version of this system — FREE — which is already helping 33 entrepreneurs right now!
Message me « clarity » and I will send you the link. Follow the free guide to set it up in 10 minutes, and try it out for a week.
Thanks for your attention 🙋🏻♂️
One calendar, zero tab-hunting, and an extra hour back a day. ✅
Lean Technique after 30 days on the Clarity Tracker.

- Everything in one place.
- Invites, tasks, and assignments stay in sync.
He replaced 3 apps with 1. Google Calendar, a built-in calendar, and a separate to-do list became a single source of truth.
“We just look at one board, same time, same place.”
Result.
Less context switching, faster decisions, and a successful landing-page launch thanks to smoother tech↔marketing coordination.
What made it click.
- Notion Calendar’s checkbox property.
- Mark done/not done right from the calendar without jumping to lists.
- It’s events, tasks, and meeting notes together.
Try this today.
- Connect your Tasks database to Notion Calendar.
- Add a Done checkbox and an Owner field.
- Show Month view and filter by team.

Hello, I’m looking for 5 entrepreneurs who are currently overwhelmed by their operations but genuinely want things to change — to test a new productivity system.

Jacqueline is an Insurance Agent and French Teacher.

Now everything sits in one Notion calendar.
Result: less switching, more doing.
“I moved my tasks in already!”
Want your own unified view this week.
