And just like that, the 2026 graduation season has ended in the blink of an eye ✨✨
The Zero Hunger Trust Fund extends huge congratulations to graduates Ashley Free (St. Clair Dacon Secondary School), Deroy Gills (Petit Bo**el Secondary School), Clinteka Lavia (Intermediate High School) and Tegan Deane (St. Vincent Girls' High School), who all recently received the ZHTF Agriculture Science Award 2026 at their respective graduation ceremonies!

Congratulations also go out to the Grade 6 students of the Barrouallie Government School as they transition to the next phase of their educational journeys.

At ZHTF, we believe in encouraging our youth, and these outstanding secondary school students were recognised for their commitment, interest and potential in Agriculture Science 🌿

Today's inclement weather should be a timely reminder that, across the Caribbean region, Hurricane season has officially begun (June 1 – November 30). By putting the right measures in place within our households, the negative impacts that often challenge us after the passage of a storm or hurricane can be lessened πŸ“Œ

Hurricane preparedness is not only about protecting property, but also about ensuring that your family has access to safe food and water before, during and after a disaster. Food preparedness is part of family resilience - preparing today can make recovery easier tomorrow! πŸ™Œ

As the 2026 graduation season comes to a close, the Zero Hunger Trust Fund extends huge congratulations to graduates Trystan Balotje (Mountain View Adventist Academy), Kylar Jeffrey (Barrouallie Secondary School), Javern Cato (Troumaca Ontario Secondary School), Shavin Glasgow (North Union Secondary School) and Joshua Cupid (Adelphi Secondary School), who all received the ZHTF Agriculture Science Award 2026 at their respective graduation ceremonies held this week!

Congratulations also go out to Akion Alexander (Westwood Methodist School) who was awarded the ZHTF Perseverance Award and also recognised for his dedication to assisting with school garden maintenance ✨
