Instructions:
1. Prep the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with a paper towel. Season both sides lightly with salt and black pepper.
2. Whisk the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, and fresh lime juice until smoothly combined.
3. Sear the Fish: Heat olive oil (or butter) in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets in the pan (skin-side down first if using skin-on). Sear for 4-5 minutes until a beautiful golden crust forms.
4. Glaze & Caramelize: Flip the salmon fillets over. Pour the honey sriracha glaze directly into the skillet over the salmon. Spoon the bubbling glaze over the top of the fillets continuously as it thickens, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
5. Serve: Garnish with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and fresh green onions. Pour the remaining pan glaze over the top and serve warm over rice or veggies!

Instructions:
