Hi, I’m Heather Mannino. As an administrator, I serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, maintaining open and honest communication between them and our agents. I assist our administrative team with data entry, exceptional customer service, and detailed recordkeeping for both clients and agents. A big part of my role is ensuring our day-to-day operations run as smoothly as possible by keeping everyone well informed. What I enjoy most is helping clients with what they need, when they need it—and getting to work with such an amazing team.

I never expected to end up in the insurance industry. After many years in food service, one of my favorite customers recognized my abilities long before I did. She asked if I might be interested in a full-time opportunity, and while I wasn’t actively searching, I was open to a new adventure. The following week she scheduled an interview for me, and the rest is history. Joining this team has been a true blessing, and I’m excited to see where this industry leads me.

My favorite quote is, “Live for today. Tomorrow is never promised.” My ideal Saturday would be spent on the sidelines at my children’s sporting events, followed by dinner with my family and a movie while cuddling my dogs. The simple things in life bring me the most joy. If I had to describe my work style in three words, they would be logical, detail-oriented, and realistic. The best advice I’ve ever received is that everyone puts their pants on one leg at a time—no one walking this earth is better than another. Stay humble.
