Sometimes the climb to get here feels impossibly steep. The long days, the stress, the exhaustion, the moments of wondering if you can keep pushing forward.
..But then dinner service begins...
You step back for just a second and look around the room — the laughter, the conversations, the full plates, the happy faces — and suddenly you remember exactly WHY you do this.
One of the most gratifying moments for me as a chef will always be the wedding buffet reveal. Watching months of planning, creativity, and hard work come together into something beautiful for people on one of the most important days of their lives is something I never take for granted.

Hi Everyone,
So yesterday while cooking while camping I reached for a pan I shouldn't have with my right hand and significantly burned all five fingers. We have a military medic in our group who tended to me with prompt care. I unfortunately do have 2nd degree burns across my hand and it was quite the day yesterday. I am ok!
I am sorry for clients I had to postpone this week, and the staff I need to lean on a bit heavier to get through the upcoming weekend events. I promise to heal up quickly and be back better than ever!
