Lifting 315 pounds wasn’t the result of one perfect workout or just showing up to the gym every week.

It was the result of **three years** of following a structured specific plan.

After my back injury, I could’ve done what most people do, bounce between random workouts, (which I did quite a lot for a while) chase the newest exercise on Instagram, or hope that simply showing up to the gym would be enough.

Instead, I followed a program that had a purpose.

Every exercise, every progression, and every phase built on the one before it. Some weeks the goal was getting stronger. Other weeks it was improving movement quality, building work capacity, or simply recovering well enough to keep progressing.

That’s what real programming looks like.

It’s not about finding the “best” exercise, it’s about doing the **right** exercises at the **right** time for **your** goals.

That’s exactly how I coach my 1-1 clients.

No cookie-cutter templates. No random workouts. Just personalized programming built around your goals, your lifestyle, and your current abilities so you can keep making progress month after month.

If you’re already going to the gym but feel like you’re spinning your wheels, I’d love to help.

I currently have **4 spots available** for my 1-1 programming, and I’m running a special promotion that’s exclusively available to my email list.

Send me a DM with your email, and I’ll make sure you get all the details before the promotion ends. If you have questions about whether it’s the right fit, I’m happy to chat! 💪

Where do your priorities lie?

So many people tell me they want to lose weight, build muscle, have more energy, or get out of pain. But often their actions don’t match those goals.

Not because they don’t care, but because life gets busy.

Work, kids, relationships, school, and business responsibilities can quickly push workouts, sleep, nutrition, and stress management to the bottom of the list.

And honestly, I’m no different.

Recently, I went through a season where I was only making it to the gym 1-2 times per week. While that isn’t necessarily “bad,” it was far from what my goals and training program required. My business, clients, family, and friends became the priority, and my own health habits started taking a back seat.

The reality is that while those things matter to me a lot, I show up as a better coach, wife, friend, and family member when I prioritize my own health.

So I got back to the basics: scheduling my workouts as non-negotiables, planning my meals, and setting myself up for success each week.

It’s the same thing I ask my clients to do.

A coach can’t do the work for you, but they can help you identify what matters most, create a realistic plan, and stay accountable when life gets hectic.

If you know it’s time to make your health a priority again, I currently have 4 spots available for online coaching. Fill out the contact form in my bio to schedule a free discovery call.
