Earlier this week, we had the honor of returning for the second year to facilitate a Vision Board Workshop as part of an incredible CHANGE - Makers Summer Program with Community Health Awareness Network Grows Equity! ✨

We were so inspired by the creativity, thoughtfulness, and courage these young people showed as they dreamed big and brought their visions for the future to life. Seeing their goals, ideas, and personalities shine through each board was truly special.

We’re so excited to see what the future holds for these amazing young changemakers and incredibly grateful for the invitation to return and serve in this meaningful way. 💚
