Initiation moves you closer to where you want to go. Don't shut down the flow, welcome the gifts of maturity and grace.

Fitness and nutrition hold power in simplicity.

It's also not the end of the health, fitness, and lifestyle journey.

Your detoxification system made up of your liver, kidneys, lungs, and GI tract operate like a water wheel.
Let go and release what is not needed.

On a cellular level, your mitochondria need attention of slothing off old parts, again repair and regeneration: . this keeps your cellular energy in flow.

Fast twitch can work to function at a higher intensity for shorter bursts of energy, white fibers. They require greater rest between activity to stay present in their fast twitch action.

And the stabilizers, let's just say they are the magic behind your body. your body shape and movement.

I find organizing fitness and training into different functions rather than bunching into different types of workouts keeps clarity and more optimization of Training.

What's most important to you in your training?

I am not going to fit into the model.
I never have.

Independence, freedom, training from my soul with passion + conviction serves greater than a model.

You only see what you know. You only do what you're told/guided or coached.

You judge a workout by "how hard it is". By the soreness you feel the day after.

I have never done that.
I assess a workout by how my body feels connected, What feels aligned and how I can approach my next workout the next day with greater strength, flexibility, and balance.

Building on a solid body that feels good is an abundant mindset that matches feeling, emotions + mindset.

The front arm line fascia.

This deep connective tissue function is movement, health and posture.
It's overlooked, lack of awareness,
It takes patience, practice and presence to tune into the function in your fascia in order to improve, enhance and elevate your training.

This arm front line hangs beautifully, extending out from your chest & collar bones for freedom of movement in your arms.
The strength they maintain within your scapula (shoulder blades) utilizes force/power/strength from your ribcage/scapula as opposed to the humerus joint attachment.

This changes the game on shoulder & wrist injuries, as well as elevates core strength.
