What if a Saturday evening changed the way you think about food?
Open Scene is opening the doors of the André Smith Residence at the Art & History Museums of Maitland, one of the most extraordinary private spaces in the city, for an evening that is part craft, part conversation, part pure pleasure.
Chef and Open Scene’s Culinary experiences expert Carlos Camacho will guide six guests through the meditative craft of making fresh pasta from scratch. Hands in flour. Wine in glass. An intimate conversation about food as culture, memory, and connection.
Three hours. Every sense engaged. $90 per person, all-inclusive.
Saturday, June 27 · 5–8 pm
When the six seats are filled, reservations close.
